Terms of Service
General Information
By commissioning me you are automatically accepting my terms of Service!
You are only purchasing a digital file (.png), not printed art.
I will only accept PayPal payments in dollars (USD).
I will not draw: Real people, NSFW and Romantic themes.
I only accept two orders per person.
My signature will always be in the illustration, unless otherwise agreed.
None of my illustrations may be used in any blockchain-related technology, like NFTs, Cryptocurrency.
I will just send you a WIP of the sketch. Maybe I will send you another WIP in case I have any questions about some details. I won’t continue working in your Illustration until you confirm everything is fine or something needs to be changed, so please, answer as fast as you can.
I have the right to cancel your order if I am not sure I can draw what you ask or do not feel comfortable with it.
I have the right to post drawings while I'm working on your illustration.
I usually don't work on commissions on weekends.
I will try to finish your illustration as fast as I can, but be patient, please. ETA (for a single illustration) is 1 to 5 weeks, from the moment I start working on your illustration.
If you have ordered more than one illustration or there are other commissions to be done before yours, the waiting time will be longer. You can see the status of your order in my to do list.
The most you will have to wait for your commission is 3 months (this is the worst case).
If something happens that delays your order, I will inform you.
I won’t accept any deadline for an illustration.
You have no right to cancel or request a refund once I have already received the payment, unless there is a good reason, like financial problems.
English is not my first language so try to spell everything well and avoid using too many abbreviations or slang so I can understand you easily.
As the artist I have all the rights to the illustration, and I can:
• Post the illustration on my networks.
• Use the illustration to promote me wherever I want.
• Record the illustration process and post it in my social media.
As a commissioner you are NOT allowed to:
• Remove my signature or watermark.
• Change, modify or use my works for purposes that weren't discussed in the initial project.If you wish for your commission to not be uploaded anywhere on Internet, just tell me and I won't do it.
Process
You must claim a slot on my to-do list.
Once you have claimed a slot, you must fill out the form and Send it to my email [email protected]
I won’t accept incorrectly filled forms.
Wait for my answer so we can discuss the details of the commission.
When I receive your order form, I'll send you back a message confirming your commission and I will send you the PayPal invoice.
I require full payment before I start the illustration.
If I don’t receive the payment within two days, I will cancel your order.
Do not send me any payment until I have confirmed that I accept your order.
Once the illustration is finished, I can make small changes in colors or adding tiny details that I may have forgotten.
I will accept a maximum of 2 important changes (Such as an outfit change, background change or anything that makes me have to redraw parts of the illustration). After the 2nd change, I have the right to decline any further changes.
If your reference was unclear, then you are not allowed to do minor changes without a fee. Make sure to be clear in your order what you aim for.
Refunds
I can refund 100% of the payment If I haven't started working on the sketch. Once I have started the sketch I can refund 50% of the payment. Once the lineart of the illustration is done, no refunds will be allowed.
If you file a chargeback against me on PayPal, your right to everything I have ever made for you will be retracted and I have the right to sell the copyrighted artwork to new buyers. Also, you won't be able to purchase anything from me anymore.
Commercial Use
**Counts as a commercial use: **Banners or icons for youtube, Twitch, patreon or any social media that generates profit to you.
•The prices listed in my commissions are only for personal use.
•Commissions for personal use have a different price rate.•I don't do commissions for merchandising.
Price Rate:
•1x price: Personal use (No profits) Personal use means the drawing won't generate any kind of profit to you.
•2x price: when the illustration is not the bulk of the product (Ex: promotional material, Social media artwork, including Patreon, Youtube...) no signature. My prices will be multiplied x2.
